HHFI was organized more than three decades ago as the historic preservation arm of the City of Hopewell, VA. Two properties, Weston Manor and The City Point Early History Museum at St. Dennis Chapel are operated in cooperation with the City of Hopewell's Tourism Program, and are open to the public.
The foundation has restored, owns and manages three historic properties: Weston Manor (1789), The City Point Early History Museum at St. Dennis Chapel (1887), and The Dr. Peter Epps House (1830), The latter structure is our foundation headquarters.
